Applicable Laws and Agreement Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be compliant with Japanese law. Where there are matters that are not stipulated in these Terms of Use or where there is any uncertainty regarding these Terms of Use, the matter shall be resolved through discussions held in good faith between the customer and CASIO.
Where no resolution is reached through such discussions and the matter requires legal proceedings, the exclusive court of first instance shall be the Tokyo District Court.
