Sarah concurs, adding, "Around the school there's a constant flow of music 24/7, 365 days a year. The dedication and energy of both students and members of faculty towards music is palpable." Both Rebecca and Sarah deftly balance their roles as both educators and musicians, leading lives fully immersed in music.
Rebecca, who is committed to full-time teaching at Berklee, candidly shares details of her demanding schedule. Despite the complexities of juggling work and family life, she finds it to be a deeply fulfilling lifestyle. "My life involves many different moving parts.
To recharge my batteries I indulge in piano practice, and whenever I find enough free time I immerse myself in composing music."
Sarah, a voaclist who continues to sing after her university classes finish, also expresses with a contented smile, "This city is full of life, teeming with vibrancy and creativity,".
